Delivery

The following information sets out nuIQue UK & International Shipping Prices, the various Postal Systems we use and your expected Delivery Times. We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of ordering.

IMPORTANT! Some countries will not allow the import of certain products. It is the responsibility of the customer to establish what their country rules and regulations are. nuIQue cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, returned, or destroyed by customs.

Delivery Times & Postal Charges

We despatch our products across the world via a postal or courier service accordingly.  Please note however, that the delivery times listed below may vary slightly according to different continents.

nuIQue Postal Charges

Postal Charges have changed as a result of the UK leaving the EU, and we recommend purchasing products in batches of 9 or less to keep your postal costs as low as possible.

UK from £2.95

Europe from €5.20

USA & Canada from $7.50

Rest of the World from $11.95

The prices stated above are based on the weights.

Delivery Times

All orders are processed and sent directly from our UK mailing house.

The Shipping Process

Once you’ve placed your order it’s sent directly to our mailing house. From there we then aim to despatch it within 24 hours.

Please note that our mail house is open Monday to Friday. Therefore do allow extra time accordingly, when you calculate the despatch and delivery times of your order.

UK Orders

All UK orders are despatched via Royal Mail First or Second Class post. 

Please expect delivery between 2-5 working days.

Larger orders are despatched via DPD Courier for next day delivery (except Friday, where next day delivery is the following Monday).

European Orders

All EU orders are shipped via Royal Mail International post or by courier. Delivery across Europe can take between 1-2 weeks.

USA/Canada Orders

We use UK Royal Mail International service or a courier for larger parcels.  

Please note that North American deliveries can take between 2–3 weeks.

Rest of World (ROW) – including, Australia, New Zealand & Asia. All orders are despatched by Royal Mail International Post, or by courier for larger parcels.

While most Royal Mail international orders have an average delivery time of about 2 weeks, sometimes orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
